Customer Success Universal Search is a Microsoft Edge extension to open a specific request number, TPID, tenant ID, subscription ID, or traking ID in ESXP, IcM/EU, DfM/EU, Lynx, CX Observe and Iridias. You can only access search results if you already have appropriate rights on targeted tools.
You are not allowed to use Customer Success Universal Search to perform unauthorized or illegal activities and you can't redistribute or modify it.
Customer Success Universal Search only saves your search and AVD connection preferences in our web browser storage, but not the search history or other kind of personnal data.
